Corporate travel and expense management specialist KDS has hopes of ‘mass adoption’ for its latest development, Project Neo, which will be released next year.
The technology, in beta with travel management companies and customers, reduces the search, book and expense process to three screens from the current process of more than three times that.
It is designed to enable users to book a door-to-door trip based on destination and desired time of arrival information and using devices such as iPads.
